Serving old Lahaina town for over 20 years, Chef Keith Salvador and Prime Rib & Fish Co. are proud to be completely dedicated to purchasing sustainable seafood and fresh produce. Our fresh fish is line caught whenever possible. Prime Rib & Fish Co. is located over the ocean offering a diverse menu selection for everyone. Relax for lunch out on our patio with the beautiful backdrop of the blue Pacific Ocean and the island of Lanai. Hear the shore break gently crashing beneath your feet.
Our Lunch menu consists of our famous Fish & Chips, Fresh Fish Sandwiches and premium Angus Burgers. We also feature Teriyaki Rice Bowls and Fresh Sushi every day. Dinner will amaze you with a view of the setting sun and the promise of a flavorful and memorable dining experience–featuring our Award Winning “Certified Angus” Prime Rib and Island Fresh Fish. Our signature dish is the Seafood Lau Lau including a medley of fresh Mahi Mahi, Scallops and Black Tiger Shrimp sautéed in a tasty garlic sherry oyster sauce and spinach. Fresh Hawaiian Fish
It’s all in our name–we love Island fish! From Ahi (yellowfin tuna) and Mahi-Mahi (dorado or dolphinfish) to local favorites such as Monchong (pomfret) and Opah (moonfish), we serve Maui’s tastiest fish for lunch and dinner. We take advantage of our Island waters and our expert local fishermen who bring the freshest catch to the table nightly. You will enjoy the delightful preparations–highlighting the different flavor profiles of each locally caught fish.
Prime Rib, Lahaina Style
We only use premium “Certified Angus Beef”. Our Award Winning Prime Rib is always fork tender and flavorful. We slow roast our Prime Rib overnight in our “Electric Imu”. Seasoned with Hawaiian Sea Salt, our Prime Rib is the best on Island.

“Local Boy” Chef Keith Salvador serves such local favorites as our Tenderloin Polynesia, Ahi Poke Tacos, Seared Pepper Scallops, Pulehu Prime Rib and our signature Seafood Lau Lau. Other popular favorites are the Mac Nut Mahi Mahi with coconut ginger beurre blanc and Fire Roasted Opah with roasted red pepper and garlic sauce.
